ABOUT SUMILANG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

 SES is continuously findingits spot in making its name sounding within the Division proving that mountain schools could also perform well in terms of academic and extracurricular activities.

SES is assuring the pupils, parents and community of the quality education that they could give to the school children. The school prepares different programs and activities to develop the capabilities of its learners.

Since 2011,the school is producing young journalists who were able to compete in the Regional School Press Conference for the past 3 years.

SES is also starting to make its name in various contests within the division. Teachers, pupils and the community are working together to strengthen the passion and commitment of everyone.

As the year 2014 continues to throw different challenges, Sumilang Elementary School is so much ready to accept it as it rocks the everybody with the bomb of knowledge, tons of energy and rocket full of confidence and determination.

Sumilang Elementary School is located at Sitio Sumilang Barangay San Jose, Antipolo City. It is 17 kilometers away from the city proper. It has been a satellite school of Rizza Elementary School, Antipolo II – Teresa District and it was first manage by Mr. Demetrio C. Cruz a head teacher of Rizza in 1990. The school site has a land area of 2000 sq. meters and composed of four buildings with eight classrooms. It was became dependent last May of 2006.
  Teaching personnel is composed now of 18 female teachers and two male teachers and managed by a Principal. It has a total population of 1000 pupils for the school year 2014-2015.
