ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Early Registratiion Day

KINDERGARTEN (Ages 5-6)

For Kindergarten pupils, age must be at least 5 years old by June 1, 2015.

 

Parents must provide their child's birth certicate upon enrolling or within the school year.

PRIMARY LEVEL

Primary Level consists of Grade 1 to Grade 3 classes.

 

Enrolees must bring the following:

  • birth certificate

  • Form 138 (Report Card)

  • Certificate of Good Moral

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

Intermediate Level consists of Grade 4 to Grade 6 classes.

 

Enrolees must bring the following:

  • birth certificate

  • Form 138 (Report Card)

  • Certificate of Good Moral
